St. John’s Episcopal Church
Located near Main St. and New York Ave in Huntington, NY, St. John’s Episcopal Church has a rich and colorful history. Its earliest recorded action was the baptism of Mary Bryan on June 21, 1744. In 1745, the church was organized as a parish under the guidance of Henry Lloyd.
The church is the oldest and largest church in South Huntington. The church is located at a prominent location in the village, near Concord Road. It was closed during the winter, but reopened in March 2021. It is a place of refuge for the local community.

Founded in 1919, Oheka Castle is an elegant country mansion located on the highest point of Long Island. It has a long and colorful history, and has been a place to celebrate the art of entertaining since the late 19th century.
